Sellers Inspection

Seller's Inspection, sometimes referred to as a deficiency report or Pre-listing inspections will typically involve the evaluation of major systems and components of the home and is outside the scope of a the AZ BTR standards. This inspection type is intended to help home owners identify any significant issues with the house. This inspection is a limited inspection and is intended to address major deficient components only.  This report will identify those deficiencies and may address safety concerns.  Minor repairs that can be performed by a general handyman may not be addressed in this report. Areas and systems that are evaluated in this inspection typically include:

• Foundation 

• Roof 

• Heating System

• Cooling System

• Plumbing 

• Electrical Sevice and panels

• Interior 

• Garage door(s) and opener(s)

• Laundry 

• Attic

• Insulation and Ventilation
